Quaerere
The project
Quaerere was a project proposed by the Escola Global, which is located in the Santa Maria da Feira region. In this project, the proposed demand was to create a desktop application that would help teachers to teach their classes in a more playful, interactive, fun and innovative way. Through the application, the teacher could pass homework, conduct quizzes in the classroom, pass exams and even coordinate his lesson plan.
This project had the particularity of not being an entirely new project, like everyone else. The Quaerere was started by another fictional company in a previous edition of the LGP course.
My contribution
We received all the material made by the first company that worked on the project. We noticed that the application lacked much more cheerful, vibrant visual appeal and better usability. So I participated and coordinated the redesign of the user experience and user interface, as well as updating the logo.
Logo
The logo, developed by the previous company and inspired by the symbol of wisdom, was one of the few materials that we had little freedom to change. The client was very pleased with the work and we decided to just update with the smoothed edges, to make the picture less aggressive, and with greater emphasis on the project name.
